Peachy Nail Co ships worldwide. If you have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us!
Shipping within Australia — Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping
Shipping outside of Australia — Please note that due to international postal services, it may take longer than 2 weeks
If you are concerned about your order, you can always contact us! However, due to the nature of international postal services, we hold no control over their sorting and delivery times.
Customs fees or taxes may be required for international buyers; Peachy Nail Co is not responsible for these. Please note that any additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Processing times:
As each set is handmade, processing times apply and may vary depending on order volume and confirmation of required details. The current processing times are 5-6 weeks from the date of purchase
Adjustments:
If you require design or size adjustments, please let us know within five days of your order so we can accommodate you! If you're unsure about your size, you can purchase a sizing kit or contact us at peachynailcompany@gmail.com and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
Refunds, exchanges and returns are not accepted due to sanitary reasons and as these are handmade nails, they cannot be resold.
All press-on nail sets are custom-made to order. Production begins only after sizing details have been confirmed, should they need to be queried.
If sizing confirmation is not received, the order may be delayed or cancelled and refunded at the shop’s discretion.
By placing an order, the cardholder confirms that they have authorised the transaction.
If an order is placed by a minor or another household member, the cardholder remains responsible for the transaction. Please ensure that all purchases are authorised before checkout.
If there are any concerns with your order, please contact me directly so I can resolve the matter quickly and fairly. I am always happy to assist and offer solutions, including refunds where appropriate.
