Refund policy

Due to being handmade to order and for sanitary reasons, we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on our nails, so please ensure your nails are sized properly before you order! If you opt for sizing your own nails using the soft tape/clear tape method, please note the sizing may be inaccurate as there is room for error, so we recommend purchasing a sizing kit beforehand to ensure a proper fit. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons due to this.

Additionally, sizing between lengths and shapes is different meaning that the numbers reflected on the nail tips may differ between these, and there may be a slight difference in fit between the shapes and lengths should you purchase different styles with the same measurements. We do our best to size up based on the information provided and prior knowledge of which nail tips are wider or thinner, but please note the sizing kits are the most accurate for sizing.

If there are any concerns with your order, please contact me directly so I can resolve the matter quickly and fairly. I am always happy to assist and offer solutions, including refunds where appropriate.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting the shop will delay resolution and can result in additional processing fees for small businesses. Additionally, customers who initiate a chargeback without contacting us first will be permanently blocked from future purchases.

All press-on nail sets are custom-made to order. Production begins only after sizing details have been confirmed, should they need to be queried.

If sizing confirmation is not received, the order may be delayed or cancelled and refunded at the shop’s discretion.

By placing an order, the cardholder confirms that they have authorised the transaction.

If an order is placed by a minor or another household member, the cardholder remains responsible for the transaction. Please ensure that all purchases are authorised before checkout.
