How do I size my nails?

How do I apply the press-on nails?
With each order we provide instructions on how to apply the press-on nails for best adhesion, as well as how to cleanly remove them. For wear around 1-2 days, we recommend using the nail tabs provided, and for longer wear, we recommend using the nail glue.
Please note we use a 3rd party glue. Use according to the instructions provided, do not get any on your skin or near your eyes or mouth, and if any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. If you get glue on your skin, please remove immediately from the area using a small q-tip and acetone to ensure it won't ruin the press-on.
You are more than welcome to use what glue you prefer, however, we do not recommend using thick putty-like glue or any gel glue products due to the risk of under-curing leading to possible allergies.
How do I prevent them from breaking?
We use high-quality nail tips to ensure minimal chance of damage through regular use, however, as with any product on the nail, you may find that with strenuous use, they'll wear. If you lose/damage a nail and would like a replacement, you can do so here. Please note this listing is for a single nail.
What's in the package?
Aside from your nails, each order comes with a free application kit that features:
1x Cuticle stick
1x Nail file/buffer
2x Alcohol wipes
1x Nail glue
1x Sheet of nail tabs
We also include instructions on how to apply and remove your nails safely.
Are they reusable?
Yes! With proper removal our press-ons are 100% reusable. Take the nails off according to the instructions provided and lightly buff the backs of the press-ons to remove excess glue.
What do you use to make them?
We use gel products to create the designs! Please note that due to product availability, designs may slightly differ from what's shown. We endeavour to find similar products should what we use become out of stock, but there may be some variations in designs that are out of our control.
Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we don't offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure your sizes are accurate before ordering and refer to our shipping and refund policies.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally to all of the countries that Australia Post ships to. If you find you're unable to check out from your country, please contact us at peachynailcompany@gmail.com and we'll set it up ASAP for you!
Do you charge customs fees?
We do not control customs fees and unfortunately, those additional costs and charges to import are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend to look into your own country's import charges and our shipping fees only cover the parcel being sent from Australia to your country.
What if my nails aren't the standard sizes?
Don't worry! In the cart please write the sizes of your nails in mm and we will match up your sizes to the best that we can. Please note that whilst we will try to match your sizes, some nail tips may be larger as they're the closest that we stock, meaning you may have to lightly file the sides to ensure a proper fit.
e.g. thumb 15mm, index 13.5mm, middle 14mm, ring 12.5mm, pinky 9mm
Can I order different shapes in one set?
Yes! In the same notes section at the cart, please explain which nails on each finger you'd like adjusted. Please note: different nail shapes have different sizes so we recommend using custom sizes so that we can size the different nail tips more accurately. If you decide to mix different shapes in a single set, we will follow up with an email just to confirm your choices before we begin to make your order.
e.g. ordered long coffin shape, however, would like both ring and pinky fingers on each hand to be long stiletto
Once ordered, how long will it take to make?
We take 5-14 business days to hand-make and send out each set of nails, however, we endeavour to get them done as quick as possible!
How long will it take to ship?
Once made they'll be handed over to our courier.
Domestic shipping within Australia may take 1-8 business days depending on shipping type selected.
International shipping may take 6-27 business days depending on shipping type selected.
I want a different shape/length than you stock, what can I do?
Please contact us at peachynailcompany@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) and we'll look into the requested shape and lengths! As we are currently using one nail tip manufacturer, they have a limited selection of shapes and lengths available, however, we'll happily source them if we are able to! Please note that we may not be able to fulfil these requests right away, but endeavour to expand our selection of shapes and lengths in the coming months.
