The easiest way to know your size is to purchase our sizing kit! It'll come with all available sizes of your chosen shape and length, and space for you to write down your size in mm or to refer to our standard sizes.

Sizing your nails

Sizing your own nails is easy! Just grab a marker and some tape, a piece of cotton string or a fabric tape measure and you can measure the width of your nail.

Place the tape or string around the widest part of your nail bed and mark the width of your nails. Then carefully measure with a ruler to the millimetre what the width of your nail bed is. If you're between millimetres, we recommend sizing up as you can always lightly file to adjust.

Make sure to do each nail on both hands as it's very common to have different sizes on each hand!

Once you're done, make a note of your sizes for each hand on a piece of paper for reference.

If you're using a fabric tape measure, simply measure the width of your nail beds and write down in millimetres what size your nails are for each hand.

If your nail beds are quite flat, we recommend sizing up 1mm to account for the natural curvature of the press ons.

Our Standard Sizes

We have standard sizes to fit most common nail sizes, however, if your nails don't fit these sizes, please choose the custom option and during the checkout process, please add your measurements in mm or if you've bought a sizing kit, please tell us what numbers fit each finger!

XS: 3, 6.5, 5, 7, 9

Although we stock a single brand for the nail tips, different sizes and shapes will be manufactured differently so measuring in mm ensures we are able to do our best in accurately matching your sizes appropriately!

Almond Sizes

Almond Long, Almond Medium, Almond Short and Almond Extra-Short

Please note: If two different numbers have the same size, the nail width slightly differs. The smaller sized nail tip is the one closest to 9, and the larger sized nail tip is the one closest to 00. If your nail bed is slightly thinner, we recommend sizing to the smaller nail tip, and if your nail bed is slightly wider, we recommend sizing to the slightly larger nail tip.

e.g. if your ring finger is 11mm and you are wanting the almond short shape, if your nail beds are on the slimmer side you may want to choose size 6, or if they're on the wider side you may want to choose size 5.

Coffin and Stiletto Sizes

e.g. if your ring finger is 10.5mm and you are wanting the coffin short shape, if your nail beds are on the slimmer side you may want to choose size 7, or if they're on the wider side you may want to choose size 6.5.

Please note: the measurements on the pictures reflect the inner curvature of the nail tip.

Square and Round Sizes

Square Medium, Square Short, Round Medium, Round Short and Round Extra-Short

Please note: If two different numbers have the same size, the nail width slightly differs. The smaller sized nail tip is the one closest to 9, and the larger sized nail tip is the one closest to 00. If your nail bed is slightly thinner, we recommend sizing to the smaller nail tip, and if your nail bed is slightly wider, we recommend sizing to the slightly larger nail tip.

e.g. if your index finger is 12.5mm and you are wanting the round medium shape, if your nail beds are on the slimmer side you may want to choose size 4.5, or if they're on the wider side you may want to choose size 4.

Extra-Short

If you opt for sizing your own nails using the soft tape/clear tape method, please note the sizing may be inaccurate as there is room for error, so we recommend purchasing a sizing kit beforehand to ensure a proper fit. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons due to this.

Additionally, sizing between lengths and shapes is different meaning that the numbers reflected on the nail tips may differ between these, and there may be a slight difference in fit between the shapes and lengths should you purchase different styles with the same measurements. We do our best to size up based on the information provided and prior knowledge of which nail tips are wider or thinner, but please note the sizing kits are the most accurate for sizing.
